If you have been to my other website, you might have seen my article on Blogger or WordPress: which platform to start with? or my post on Blogger pros and cons. In these articles I have said that Blogger platform is Beginner friendly and easy to maintain compare to WordPress platform.
Therefore today I will show you one of the blogger simplicities a prove to those articles (ie how to transfer posts to another blog on Blogger).
How to transfer posts to another blog on Blogger: Export posts from the old blog.
Step 1
Go to Blogger.com and sign-in with your information to access your Blogger dashboard.
Select the blog you want to transfer posts from, from the drop-down menu.
Step 2
Use the side bar Navigation and navigate to "settings"
Step 3
Scroll to manage blog and export your Blogger blog posts using the back up contents
Now your blog posts will be downloaded to your computer.
How to transfer posts to another blog on Blogger: import posts to the new blog
Step 1
Sign-in to your Blogger dashboard and select the blog you want to transfer posts to
Step 2
Navigate to "settings" and scroll down to manage blog click on import.
Step 3
Select whether to publish your imported posts immediately or Dave as draft. Them click the import to continue.
Import your downloaded posts in your computer.
Last step o how to transfer posts to another blog on Blogger
Step 4
If you set your imported posts as publish immediately you don't have to go with this step. But if you set it as save on draft then.
Go to your posts through the side bar menu and edit your posts one after the other and then publish.
But if you decide to publish multiple posts use the manage to select all the posts you want to publish at the same time and hit the publish.
